Fast and Reliable Delivery Service

Thank you for choosing our delivery service. 

We strive to provide efficient and reliable service to ensure your satisfaction. In order to maintain a positive experience for both parties, please take note of the following terms and conditions:  

• All deliveries must be paid in full, either upon pick-up or at the destination, if we need to pick up a payment, a delivery fee will be charged, we have no option of paying in our office.
• Clients with accounts will receive a monthly invoice for their deliveries. 
• If a delivery is not paid for at the destination, the package will be returned to the pick-up location and a fee for return will be charged to the sender. 
• Our drivers will deliver parcels to the apartment door, unless there is no elevator, it is out-of-use, or the parcel does not fit in the elevator, in which case it will be left at the main door. For houses, deliveries will be made to the front door. If no one is available to receive the delivery, our drivers will leave it with the nearest neighbor. 
• We can lay out a maximum amount of €150 for deliveries. If the laid-out money is not paid at the destination, the amount will be charged immediately to the sender, along with a return fee. 
• Booked jobs can only be cancelled before the driver has been dispatched. 
• We cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transit or resulting from our work, including, error in the delivery address, damage to the items, money lost or stolen, or delivery of illegal and dangerous goods. 
• We are unable to transport very heavy or large items without the proper equipment, such as a lift. 
• Unless damage is caused with intent, we are not responsible for any damage caused by our team to any item. 
• We do not purchase or choose items for our customers, and will not be held responsible for any damage or dissatisfaction if the driver does so. 
• While we strive to be punctual, our drivers cannot be held responsible for delays, therefore we are also not responsible for any damage caused by delays.
• For business customers that have an account by Geshikt, will be added an admin fee of €10 when using our service, for a total of below €20 Exc. per month.
• Any extra service required from Geshikt besides delivery, would apply an extra fee, starting at a minimum of €25. 
• Boxes exceeding by weight 20 KG are count as 2 boxes.
